EU Chief’s Warning to Musk: ‘In Europe the Bird Will Fly by Our Rules’

The EU has sent a warning shot to Elon Musk, saying the social media will have to follow its rules.
Thierry Breton, the bloc’s internal market chief, retweeted Elon Musk’s comment that “the bird is freed”, saying: “In Europe, the bird will fly by our rules.” He used the hashtag “DSA” – a reference to one of two new packages of EU legislation aimed at tightening oversight of social media.
