By Military Summary

This video describes the military situation in Ukraine on the 5th of March 2025.

Here’s what others had to say:

Why you so obsessed with the negotiation process? Russia has made clear the objectives.

@m.cl.ballista4642
I think the Russians are saving their soldiers generally. They may even lose some ground, only to retake it later..but that’s secondary in this war this is won already by Russia.

@YThome7
Dima, Zaporozhskaya oblast according to Russian constitution is part of Russia, it has become part of Russia in 2024. You should always underscore in your reports that in Kursk as well as in Zaporshkaya oblast Russians continue to attack Ukrainian occupiers.

@48706099
The negotiation process is not going to begin anytime soon. No worries Dima you’ll carry on.

@WilhelmDrake
@00:30 Why do you keep insisting that the Russians would agree to a ceasefire that solidifies the current frontlines?
The Russians have, on multiple occasions, stated that there will be no ceasefire and that any settlement would require, at minimum, Ukrainian forces to withdraw from the four oblasts officially annexed by Russia, along with recognition of this status.

@heygord
Who’s going to stop the Russians from moving? You’ve been talking this useless smack for 2 months. The SMO will end when the Russians have reached their objectives.

@ricardocoesel4706
The Russians could even land in Odessa if the Ukrainians don’t receive satellite images.

@nightelfuser
The AFU have begun using their reserves to counterattack. It’s like those terminally ill patients that seem to recover in their last few days.

@trickpony409
… Elensky is wasting the last of his most valuable resources for the mining areas… rushing them in… into the frying pan….

@mickvonbornemann3824
The whole rare earth metals thing is just misdirection, it means nothing. It’s just a way to start a negotiating process. Anything resulting is so far in the theoretical future that no one is thinking strategically about it now.

@RandleBeckford
Dima is the only person in the world who thinks there are going to be negotiations.

@tolis7411
You Still do not get it. Nobody cares about some ” Toretsks “. The name of the game is Demilitarization.

@dandare3627
“The US & the Ukraine conflict : Recorded conversation between Victoria Nuland and Geoffrey Pyatt” on YT if true it explains a lot

@erict5750
Ukraine doesn’t have any significant Rare Earth Metals(REM). The global market for REM is only $15 billion/year. It does have some significant strategic metals like lithium, uranium, and titanium.
