At LUX Property Group, we are not simply creating real estate developments. We are building a community of like-minded people who value integrity, long-term relationships, financial success, and making a positive contribution to society.
For this reason, participation in certain LUX Property Group projects may be by invitation or approval only. Applicants may be asked to acknowledge the following community principles before being accepted.
LUX Property Group Community Principles
1. Pay It Forward
If you have a positive experience investing with LUX Property Group, we ask that you be willing to introduce at least three quality people who may also benefit from becoming part of our community.
Our business has always grown through trusted referrals rather than high-pressure sales.
2. Integrity Matters
Members should be honest, respectful, and conduct themselves with integrity and good character in their dealings with others.
3. Shared Values
We seek members who share similar values, are open-minded, think independently, and take an active interest in understanding the major economic, financial, and geopolitical trends shaping the world.
4. Success With Purpose
We encourage members to view wealth as a tool for creating positive change.
Where financially appropriate, we invite members to consider donating around 10% of the profits or benefits they receive from successful investments to charities or causes they personally believe in.
This is not a requirement, but a principle we encourage as part of building a culture of generosity.
5. Giving Back
Members are encouraged, where practical, to support LUX Property Group’s charitable and community initiatives through either their time, expertise, resources, or financial contributions.
Every contribution, large or small, helps make a meaningful difference.
