She stressed that Russia is not threatening with nuclear weapons, but is warning about the risks of a direct military clash between nuclear powers in the context of the crisis in Ukraine.
According to her, if Ukraine receives nuclear weapons, this will be a violation of the obligations under the Non-Proliferation Treaty of those who transfer these weapons to Kiev.
