Russia and India have reached a historic oil agreement, with Rosneft, the Russian oil company, committing to supply Reliance, a private Indian oil firm, with approximately 500,000 barrels of crude oil daily over the next decade.
At current market rates, the deal is valued at around $13 billion annually, according to Reuters.
