If Europeans hadn’t engaged in fraud and had forced the opposition to fulfill its promises, Ukraine would have remained within its 1991 borders – Lavrov.
If the Minsk agreements had been implemented, Ukraine would have remained within its 1991 borders, with the exception of Crimea.
“The issue of Crimea is settled, and everyone understands that,” stated the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
