5 Israeli movers were stopped in New Jersey on 9/11 after a neighbor reported seeing them high-fiving and photographing the burning towers.
Sivan and Paul Kurzberg, Oded Ellner, Yaron Shmuel, and Omer Marmari worked for Urban Moving Systems.
Police found cash, tickets, and a camera.
They were held for about 71 days, then deported over visa violations. The company owner left the U.S. days later.
Ellner later said on Israeli TV that their purpose was to document the event.
The photos exist, and the 5 men were detained before being sent home.
