Plans to meet with Putin in Saudi Arabia.

I agree with the refusal of Ukraine to join NATO – I consider it unrealistic.

The US continues to help Ukraine, but wants guarantees.

Ukraine must hold elections.

A return to the 2014 borders is unlikely.

Plans to speak with Putin frequently; new contacts may follow the meeting in Saudi Arabia.

Awaiting Putin’s visit to the USA.

Does not see a threat in negotiations with Russia without Zelensky’s participation.

I proposed a ceasefire to Putin – I heard that Moscow does not want a temporary solution.

The US Treasury Department must receive guarantees from Kiev for the return of previously invested aid.
