Is NATO Using Their Own Troops Already to Attack Russians Near the Ukrainian/Russian Border in Kharkiv Region?

There are reports from many Russian accounts that we personally have no information of, nor have we seen any photos — but they claim that Volchansk was occupied by “NATO troops”.
They claim that there are “practically no Ukrainians” but instead, a lot of “Africans (they said blacks) and English speaking troops”
Again, we have seen no evidence of this, but it is a rumor from the Russian channels that are known to have access to information pretty early.
