Tired of living in a camper in a shitty caravan park, Every simple unit that gets adverised we get declined. Regional area. We both have FT jobs and savings, perfect rental record too. Australia is fcuked for those who don’t own property already.

It’s one big ponzi. Where does it all stop? 25 years ago I bought a 2 bed fibro house 1km from beach on NSW South Coast for $99,000 at this rate a small home in another 25 years will be $10,000,000 dollars and a box of beer will be $1,000, it has to all fall over in the not so distant future and guess who will be paying for it? Mum and Dad investors their children and grandchildren for many decades to come. It’s absolutely sickening and disgraceful what these parasite (have never seen a poor one) politicians have done to our beautiful country in such a short time.

People are going to be pitting all their money into their mortgage leaving none for the economy. When businesses arnt making money they ll lay people off. This will be the only thing to pop the bubble. Its inevitable. The question is when.
