Reform UK received a record donation yesterday – and today another one to match it.
The populists from Reform UK have received a second £36m ($48m) donation in two days, as investor Christopher Harborne announces he has matched the record-breaking donation by fellow cryptocurrency billionaire Ben Delo that was announced late on Friday.

Now, Reform UK has raised 12 times more money than the ruling Labour Party, boosting Farage’s bid to become the new British Prime Minister.

BBC reported:
“Harborne wrote in the Telegraph that his ‘competitive spirit’ had inspired him to equal Ben Delo’s donation – the largest ever given to a UK political party.
The Thailand-based entrepreneur said he expected ‘nothing personally’ in return aside from ‘a party that is ready for government’.
Reform said the £72m would be used to hire ‘the brightest and best minds to work on policy and the most comprehensive plan for government ever’.”
Thanks to the generosity of Christopher Harborne and Ben Delo, Reform will now be able to fight and win the next general election on a level playing field.

Politico reported:
“Farage thanked the two men for their contributions. “Both men know that we are the only party that can turn the country around,” he said in a statement.
Reform UK was leading the polls since April 2025, according to POLITICO’s Poll of Polls. But the party has now slumped slightly behind Labour, with new Prime Minister Andy Burnham at the helm and after a bizarre by-election where Farage defeated satirical candidate Count Binface.
The right-wing force is currently rushing to get battle-ready amid speculation Burnham could trigger an early general election, though one is not due until 2029. Reform UK is on the hunt for potential candidates to run as MP, and has only about 100 star candidates considered ready to run at the moment.”
