They just won’t give up on you, Graham Platner!
Democrats want to hear more from their Nazi-loving, woman beating, former US Senate candidate Graham Platner.
Platner will headline the upcoming Labor Day rally in Ellsworth Maine next month.
Hancock County Maine Democrats say the event will happen at noon on Sept. 7 at Ellsworth City Hall.
According to NBC Boston, Platner is expected to speak at the rally about the history of unions and the important role organized labor has played in our communities and our country.
This will be followed up by musical performances.
Two women who accused Platner of physical and sexual assault are calling on Ellsworth community organizers to rescind their invitation to the popular Nazi-tattooed Democrat.
WMTW reported:
Jenny Racicot, who has accused Platner of sexual assault, and Lyndsey Fifield, who has accused him of domestic abuse, issued a joint statement Thursday criticizing plans for Platner to speak at the “Labor Day Rally for Labor” at Ellsworth City Hall.
“While Graham’s behavior is disappointing, it’s hardly surprising,” Racicot and Fifield said. “What is surprising is that there are people who are still willing to give him a platform despite his refusal to take any accountability for his actions.”
The women urged Mainers to “stand with survivors and refuse to platform abusers.”
Platner has denied the allegations against him.
So, what is a Labor Day celebration without a popular Nazi-tattooed Democrat lecturing you on the history of the labor movement?
