QUEENSLAND Health bureaucrats, most likely with political and big pharma help, are attempting to destroy the data behind the state’s largest ever study on mRNA-injected Covid patients.
The QoVax study compares COVID injected to non-injected patients and Senator Malcolm Roberts says it has been stopped without explanation by Queensland Health.
He is also alarmed that the health bureaucrats and the board of the Metro North Hospital are planning to destroy all of its samples and evidence, despite being informed of pending legal action.
A petition calling for the study to be made public warns the government and hospital of legal action under s129 of the Criminal Code Act 1899, which makes it an offence to destroy evidence or ‘potential’ evidence relevant to judicial proceedings.
It also warns that the Public Records Act 2002 (specifically the Health Sector (Clinical Records, Retention and Disposal Schedule), stipulates records from clinical research involving adult patients must be retained for 15 years from the completion, publication or termination of the study.
Metro North is traditionally known as the Brisbane Royal Women’s Hospital, which incorporates the massive Clive Berghofer Cancer Research Institute.
“Losing the last evidence that could inform a truly objective assessment of the effects of the injections wouldn’t just be a tragedy, it could be a crime,” Senator Roberts announced on social media.
“I’m putting Queensland Health bureaucrats on notice. Do not destroy these samples and evidence, allow the study to complete so that the data can be shared for all Australians,” he said.
The QoVAX SET (Queensland COVID-19 Vaccination Safety and Efficacy Trial) program is a population-based study of COVID-19 vaccine safety and effectiveness, providing a resource for studies to understand how the immune system responds to the COVID-19 vaccines, and what factors might affect vaccine response.
James Cook University has been involved in supporting the North Queensland arm of the program, with participants recruited in Cairns, in collaboration with Maggie Veitch and Jamie Brady (Australian Institute of Tropical Health & Medicine).
Only yesterday Cairns News published a story exposing the total ineffectiveness of the 2025 flu vaccine being spruiked by Queensland Health Minister Tim Nicholls.
He and Premier David Crisafuli need to come clean on this and get the QoVax Study results published, as their duty of care for the people of Queensland would require.
So does the Opposition Labor Party, under whom this study commenced. And as called for by Senator Roberts, this study, the biggest of its type in the world, should also be the subject of a national Royal Commission of Inquiry.
Senator Roberts has sent letters raising this issue to Crisafuli, Nicholls and Attorney General Jarrod Bleijie.
“This is just another reason why the Prime Minister Anthony Albanese must call a Royal Commission into the entire Covid response,” he said.
