CRIMINAL referral requests are reported to have been filed in seven US states against the leading medical operatives in the Covid-19 pandemic response. They include Dr Anthony Fauci, the former director of the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and Dr Francis Collins, former director of the US National Institutes for Health (NIH).
Criminal referral requests are notices that request prosecutorial authorities take action against certain named individuals. However, there is no guarantee that legal action will be undertaken.
Details of the criminal referrals are contained in a Brief in Support of Request for Criminal Investigation and Prosecution from the Florida-based Ed Tarpley Law Firm, part of the Vires Law Group. The brief first appeared last year in relation to a filing with the state of Louisiana but was dismissed by media fact checkers as having “no legal weight”.
Life Site News reported that on April 8, Vires Law Group in collaboration with the Freedom Foundation, submitted formal criminal referral requests to the Attorneys General of Arizona and Pennsylvania.

Apart from Dr Fauci and Dr Collins, the referral request lists Dr Deborah Birx, Dr Rochelle Walensky, Dr Stephen Hahn, Dr Cliff Lane, Dr Robert Redfield, Dr Peter Daszak, Dr Ralph Baric, Dr Rick Bright, Dr Janet Woodcock, Dr Peter Hotez.
“Similar filings have been submitted on behalf of constituents in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, marking a coordinated nationwide effort to pursue justice through state and local authorities,” Lifesite News reported.
Fauci was director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) from 1984 to 2022, and the chief medical advisor to the president from 2021 to 2022. He has retired but occasionally appears in mainstream media interviews.
The Trump administration has replaced Dr Collins with Dr Jay Bhattacharya, one of the leading medical scientists to speak out against the Covid-19 pandemic response. He was described by some medical authorities as “dangerous”.
The alleged crimes mentioned in the criminal referrals include murder/involuntary manslaughter/negligent homicide; assault/abuse/coercion; reckless endangerment; kidnapping/forced labor; terrorism; racketeering and operating a corrupt organisation.
The referrals are based on detailed evidence – including the stories of more than 80 victims and families – and allege that policies such as lethal hospital protocols, the denial of life-saving treatments, and systemic medical coercion led to widespread injury and death.
