Obviously, the Russian delegation was talking about the Odessa region. If you look at the past month video, with the recapture of Kursk region, where Putin was in his military uniform behind a table, speaking with Gerasimov, you could see the entire Ukrainian map on his table, and it was cut off from the Sumy down to the Odessa region

The total 8 regions includes Kharkov, Dnipro, Mikolaev and Odessa, Sumy is only for secure zone.

These conversations were strange at least because the Ukrainian delegation invited a translator, although they understood perfectly well what was wanted from them. The translator simply earned free money, for nothing. Or briefly about where the money of taxpayers supporting Ukraine goes.
