I appreciate Trump acknowledging Minsk and the Istanbul agreements, the previous admin acted as though they never existed. Of course Trump already knows perfectly well why Ukraine didn’t negotiate despite victory being impossible, but it’s good to say these things openly so everyone can hear.

Zelenskys two biggest campaign promises were: 1. to end Ukraine’s protracted conflict with Russia, and 2. to end corruption.
Ukraine is now perceived as one of the most corrupt countries in the world, and instead of resolving the Russia-Ukraine conflict, he has drastically escalated it. It would be shocking if he still has the level of support he claims.

All these counter attacks always lead to a break down of the Ukrainian forces 2 days later. And then there is nothing of them left. RF always lets the enemy storm and then slaps them down.
