Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has pledged to veto any EU aid to Ukraine, calling Vladimir Zelensky an “enemy” and accusing him of causing “problems” for Slovakia. Kiev halted the transit of Russian natural gas earlier this month, jeopardizing Slovakia’s energy security.
Fico, who survived an assassination attempt by a pro-Ukraine activist last year, criticized Zelensky on Tuesday for refusing to renew the gas transit contract with Russia’s state energy company, Gazprom.

The Russians should have made small Zeppelins under which they could suspend a dozen drones. The top of the zeppelin would be covered with solar panels. Each zeppelin would serve as a radio base, increasing the size of the area accessible to drones. This would allow for attacks far inside enemy territory. This would ensure that the drones would not have to use their own energy reserves to get to the target. And a drone running out of power could return to the zeppelin to recharge.
