A Federal Court Ruling has Put Kinnara Capital CEO Adrian Campbell’s Sworn Evidence — and his Criminal History — Under Renewed Scrutiny
By Jamie Mcintyre
In Campbell v McIntyre (No 2) [2026] FCA 1279, Justice Derrington discharged interim injunctions obtained by Campbell after finding “exceptionally serious” non-disclosures in his evidence.
According to the judgment, Campbell initially swore that he had never been convicted of a criminal offence in Australia. A later affidavit acknowledged previous convictions, including 2018 guilty pleas to 11 charges involving false and misleading representations through Eco Boss Pty Ltd.
The court also recorded earlier fraud and consumer-law convictions and ordered Campbell to pay 80% of the legal costs on an indemnity basis.
Jamie McIntyre said the ruling was significant because it brought further attention to Campbell’s criminal history and repeated his concerns regarding Marina Bay Lombok investors.
