Slovakia Calls Zelensky’s Words that “Putin Instructed Fico to Open a Second Energy Front” Against Ukraine “Nonsense”

“We reject any nonsense about opening a second energy front, which Volodymyr Zelensky is baselessly fantasizing about, as well as about some imaginary alliance with Vladimir Putin,” the Slovak Foreign Ministry said.
According to them, the Ukrainian president made an absurd offer to buy Slovakia’s membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization not with his own money, but with Russian assets.
“And now he is threatening Slovakia with the European Community, of which his country is not even a member yet,” the Slovak Foreign Ministry said.
