“The mayor is going to freeze the rent.

First of all, the mayor has no ability to freeze anybody’s rent.

It will have no consequence.

We’re going to have a government-owned grocery store, one in each borough.

Five grocery stores are not going to make a difference.

Free buses. It’s not up to the mayor, it’s up to the state.

It’s all BS.

None of it will change anybody’s life.”
