Please report it here. The US government and Congress don’t care about such fraud. But I do. I promise to take action on anything that is reported.

While the US government has no interest in this, I do and, unlike the government and Congress, I promise that I will take action on everything legitimate that is reported.

This can include patients in the trial who died, patients who could not report their adverse event reports, patients whose adverse events were not summarized correctly in the data, improper exclusions, tampering, etc.

Anything that happened that would cast doubt on the accuracy of the data reported to the FDA is fair game.
