USA is gonna offer Russia 30 day cease fire Ukraine agreed to, in exchange Ukraine is now getting USA aid again. Why would Russia want to halt their advance for 30 days to allow Ukraine to rearm and regroup? There is no reason to accept a cease fire, it only helps Ukraine.
