Ukraine will sell nothing to anyone that originates in the four new regions of Russia. The only way the US will access any such minerals is by an agreed upon joint mining operation with Russia for mutual benefit.

So the Russians out there are sticking to the basic ‘ demilitarization ‘ and ‘ denazification ‘.
The Russians would fight down to the last Ukrainian defender , so that there is no military left . Hence they would keep fighting pitched battles to draw out and slaughter.
This war is going in Russia’s favor only – Zelensky’s dream of having NATO airforce involved would never come true . Infact Europe is favoring Russia by pouring in equipment for every last Ukrainian soldier, that he moves to the frontlines and get wasted.
USA made a smart suggestion to end it – but Zelenski being Zelenski.

Zelensky was very dismissive to Trump when he said he heard it already from Putin that the war will be over in 3 days. Well that Oval office meeting was a disaster. Maybe Z should have apologise. This war is over.
