Please do not use the term “shadow fleet”. It’s a political construct to poison the western population, so I don’t need to be poisoned by you too. Just because Russian ships don’t use Western insurance doesn’t make them illegal or a “shadow fleet”. Use the term “non-western insured fleet”, please.

ALL these clowns who ruin the EU and UK countries notably Macron, Starmer and Merz need to keep this conflict going to keep the distraction of this Ukrainian/Russian conflict going as their own citizens hate them and need something like this to keep them in power and spending our taxpayers money.

Russia doesn’t have to accept any deal. The only thing it needs, to prevent future wars like this, is to capture Odessa. Ukraine won’t be a problem, because most of it would be annexed by Poland — for security reasons, of course.

“…when Russia loses its shadow fleet”. There is a tiny little problem, those ships dont belong to Russia. We already saw how happy Erdogan is after Ukraine has sunk a turkish oil tanker at the turkish coast. There is no such thing than shadow fleets in international maritime law (except pirates sailing without a flag) they are attacking ships from other nations. Also, not many nations welcome oil spoiling wrecks at their coasts, causing a natural desaster for their country. They could go on with this and see how many diplomatic incidents they can sustain. I think sinking 2-3 ships under chinese flags will have an impact…on France and Ukraine, not on Russia.

Russian President Vladimir Putin threatened on Tuesday to sever Ukraine’s access to the Black sea in response to drone attacks on Russian tankers.
“The most radical solution is to cut Ukraine off from the sea, then piracy will be impossible in principle,” Putin said in televised remarks.
