Dima, if you insist on talking about politics you must watch what you say even more carefully, especially considering that English is not you native language. Today you claimed that Putin supposedly “is ready to sign with Zelenski”, which is not true and Putin had stated this last week and you yourself quoted Putin’s words few days ago. And then you conclude your statement saying that Putin WILL NOT SIGN with Zelenski because he is not legitimate. Your statements are too emotional, try to write the most important statements and think them over. Russian position currently boils down to: “Russia may agree to negotiate with any representative of Ukraine, but will sign an agreement only with an official who was “empowered by Ukrainian parliament and who is recognized as legitimate internationally”.

When Weather Conditions make it difficult for either the Russians or Ukrainians to conduct ground offensives, it makes sense for the Russians to use its Superior Firepower to attack & attrite Ukrainian positions, troops & equipment not to prepare for ground offensives but to simply take advantage of the lack of mobility of the Ukrainians due to the weather.

Zelenskyy has forgotten the rest of the 177 billion goes towards buying food for the military, salaries for all the remaining state workers such as civil servants, politicians, teachers state health service, police, fire service, soldiers including the dead and missing. I find it ironic that everything that russia was accused of potentially doing or already doing ukraine is now doing for example nuclear weapons usage which was somekind of fear by some at some point,how to remove the russian government a topic thats probably forgotten at this point,being a dictator even though ukraine is now doing things that dont abide by their own constitution etc etc
