Don’t take seriously anything coming out of the Ukrainians, especially now that are so freezing desperate! When temperatures fall deep below zero then the Russian missiles and drones will strike the remaining energy infrastructure, sending Ukraine into the Stone Age. Because they are running out of energy sources to attack. They will switch to attacking transportation hubs and military targets. When the energy sources are rebuilt, they will start attacking again.
