Marco Rubio, has formally announced that mass migration constitutes an “existential threat to Western civilization”, and he has instructed all U.S. embassies to begin reporting on migrant-linked crime, trafficking networks, radicalisation patterns, and the way allied governments treat their own citizens in comparison to new arrivals.
