Colorado Judge delays Tina Peters justice, orders AG to answer Habeas Corpus in 14 days.
Magistrate Varholak has not yet determined jurisdiction in Tina’s Habeas Corpus but has ordered the AG to Answer in 14 days.
Here is the motion from the judge:
In fourteen days the corrupt Colorado officials must file their reasons for continuing to keep Tina Peters in prison on bogus charges taking away her God-given and Constitutional rights.
