Biden Administration’s Harassment of Elon Continues
Elon is facing unprecedented government investigations, raising the question, “Is the Biden Administration targeting him?”
Let’s Break It Down:
Following his acquisition of Twitter, now X, and public criticisms of Biden, Elon’s legal challenges started to coincidentally rocket.
This week, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York launched a probe into personal benefits provided to Elon by Tesla and transactions between his businesses, requiring disclosures of executive benefits over $10,000.
The Justice Department is also investigating whether Elon used Tesla resources for a non-existent secret house.
Further legal pressures include a DOJ complaint against SpaceX for allegedly discriminating against asylum claimants and the FTC’s intense scrutiny of X since Elon’s takeover.
The National Labor Relations Board and the Securities and Exchange Commission have also complained against Tesla and Elon’s other enterprises.
These “coincidental” witchhunts by the Biden Administration keep coming and don’t seem to be stopping till they get something to stick.
