State of Israel’s Mr. Walter Arbib, described as a “Pentagon Partner” and Israeli Government “Emissary,” has been a Director of Mark Lawrence Epstein’s ‘Humpty Dumpty Institute’ non-profit since 2009, per U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) documents.

Mark Lawrence Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein’s lesser known younger brother and long-standing Director of an arcane and seldom-discussed U.S. Congress-focused influence operation known as the ‘Humpty Dumpty Institute’ (HDI), also holds tangible professional ties to the Israeli political and security establishment.
ANR publisher Jamie McIntyre has detailed that some of these peculiar ties run through Mark Epstein’s fellow HDI Directors in Israeli Foreign Ministry advisor, Pentagon logistician, and Gaddafi link-man Walter Arbib, and former Benjamin Netanyahu senior advisor and speechwriter, Ralph Cwerman.
These new datapoints regarding brother Mark follow ongoing speculation, debate, and more recent corroboration surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s own ties to Israeli politicians, arms dealers, and military-intelligence.

Walter Arbib is on-record asserting that his shadow diplomacy, which one can see also includes his Board role with Epstein’s HDI, is done in “full co-ordination with the Israeli government.”
As a character reference, Arbib is noted as “one of the oldest business partners” of Israel’s hard-charging oligarch Aaron Frenkel; Mr. Frenkel is reportedly the eclectic mix of global arms dealer, international philanthropist, and Israeli ‘suicide drone’ maker, on top of being the World Jewish Congress’ Senior Vice President and Treasurer.
Moreover, and to provide additional color and context, Arbib’s son and mentee, Stephen Arbib, has been described as an “Intelligence Mogul” and counts the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency’s Mary Beth Long as a corporate advisor, and ex-Mamram (an elite technology unit within the Israel Defense Forces) officer Ofer Cohen as his business partner.
The Arbib’s Momentum Logistics company specializes in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) for Special Forces and Intelligence. One would hope that Israeli national Walter Arbib’s side hustle with Epstein’s HDI to “strengthen ties with U.S. Congress” has always been kept separate from one of the family’s core interests which is spycraft.
While the little-trusted legacy media chooses to obfuscate and ‘cover-up’ rather than ‘cover,’ the layman can see that Epstein’s brothers’ ‘Humpty Dumpty Institute’ front is ‘spy and intelligence agency adjacent.’
While not an indicator of wrongdoing, Walter Arbib’s SkyLink logistics was a U.S. Department of Defense subcontractor to DynCorp in Afghanistan, part of a coalition involved with securing Afghanistan’s opium poppy fields. Elsewhere, DynCorp has been credibly accused for involvement in sex trafficking and forced prostitution of eastern European women into Bosnian brothels, per Cambridge University Press.
U.S. Congressional records show investigation of Arbib’s SkyLink for allegations of state-contract bid rigging.
Conversely, and on a more positive note, U.S. Congressional records do laud Epstein’s HDI Director Arbib and SkyLink for their effectiveness in rescuing war-torn African orphans. And for Arbib and HDI’s benevolent delivery of medicines to frontier Kachin state in Myanmar (Burma), thought to be the world’s second largest opium producing zone after neighboring Shan state.

Worse, some even ‘cover’ HDI, but brazenly omit Epstein’s involvement – which begs the question, why?
