RT visits ruins of Iranian school that US denies bombing (VIDEO) — RT World News

Nearly three months after the attack, RT’s Saman Kojouri walks through the rubble in Minab and speaks to grieving relatives who demand accountability

RT has gained rare access to Shajareh Tayyebeh elementary school in the southern Iranian city of Minab, more than 80 days after US and Israeli strikes left the site in ruins and killed more than 170 people, most of them children.

The US has refused to accept responsibility for the strike, with the Pentagon again declining this week to acknowledge involvement despite investigations by multiple media outlets and a reportedly internal military probe concluding the school was likely hit by a US-made missile.

US officials initially offered conflicting explanations, while President Donald Trump at one point suggested the attack had been “done by Iran,” drawing accusations of endless stalling over what critics describe as “obvious” American culpability.

RT correspondent Saman Kojouri has visited the ruins of what was once an ordinary school but now lies in rubble, with part of the site turned into a memorial exhibition displaying belongings recovered from the debris. He spoke to families of victims and surviving teachers gathered at the school to demand accountability and ask why children became targets.

Here is the full report.
